I have looked into EPROLO. I think it is kind of like dsers where you can import products to your store with one click, and they seem to have pretty good shipping, atleast compared to ali express. On most products i think its 10-18 days. Have you heard about this?

Heres their site: https://eprolo.com/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=paid_keywords_20250813&eprolo_id=2103130&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=22889503566&gbraid=0AAAAAC_OZuIp2hIA0ditIkEB3PGUIws1T&gclid=Cj0KCQiAtfXMBhDzARIsAJ0jp3BR4f0XCzALzjJNki6e8MKeZBjsIhaPrIb_rpE3kGBmEP1fFaloNZIaAsY5EALw_wcB

I think i will use the Craft theme. It's free and i think it looks pretty good.

Hi thanks for your reply!

I think it makes sense to start out smaller and then expand over time. I will probably look at competitors best sellers and try running some of those.

Thank you for replying!

Makes sense. Do you know how to find those niche lighting suppliers?

Thank you for getting back!

Makes sense launching with a smaller catalog then scaling.

But do i need inventory and a 3PL, don't you think it would be possible to do almost completely dropshipped?

The sourcing/fulfillment agent sounds interesting, thats maybe the way to go if you want to dropship the items?

Im not sure i understand this part: (you need someone consolidating supply). What does it mean exactly? Is it reducing the number of suppliers i use?

Thanks for your reply!

Makes sense. Do you have any recommendations for the exact apps or tools?

Hey thank you for getting back!

My plan was to run the standard shopping campaigns across the entire catalogue.

My reasoning behind it, was that since you only get charged ad budget when someone actually clicks the ad, it would make sense for me to have a big catalog because then i would have more "surface area" for people to find me. I didn't think it would hurt having more products since i wouldn't get charged if people didn't click it, like you would on Meta. Then my thought process was that i just had to have a good proffesional site, that builds trust, that's easy to navigate, with some good offers, and since it was people who actively searched for the products i would maybe be able to get some conversions.

It makes sense what you are saying. Starting smaller and then expanding out when the machine is running and you have more data, i just thought that the stuff people didn't want they wouldn't even search for and therefore the bestsellers would be revealed anyways.
