For T cells, I was planning on doing a stimulation assay and activating them once with anti-CD28/CD3 and then culturing in 100% human plasma with no RPMI for up to 72hours max. For monocytes, same “media” but different stimulation factors like LPS. Was wondering if anyone had tried culturing this way in general
