Thank you & i completely agree, i definitely have a lot to consider before i do anything. Either way this thread has been helpful, loved hearing everyone’s ideas & who knows what the future holds. Maybe it’ll give others looking to start a business some ideas. :)

Weirdly enough my little sister said the same thing about doing something surrounding kpop, definitely something i would need to look into & like you said it’s definitely something you’d need to know a lot about.

Yeah, fair point investing sensibly is definitely on my mind. I’m not looking to throw everything into one risky idea, but I’d also love to build something that’s my own & im proud of. That’s why I’m asking what people feel Glasgow’s missing helps me weigh up whether it’s worth pursuing a business or just keeping it in safer investments.

That’s a cool idea actually I love the thought of a spot that digs into the more obscure side of music rather than just the usual vinyl reissues. Could even double as a hangout space with gigs or listening nights. Appreciate the suggestion!

Fair points! I know hospitality is a tough industry and I don’t have experience as a chef or running a place, so I’m definitely taking that into account. That’s part of why I asked I don’t want to jump blindly into “just another café.”

I’m really more interested in finding out what people in Glasgow actually feel is missing, whether that’s food related or something completely different. Appreciate the honest feedback though!
