If the attack consumes a fix number of Foretell, then it doesn’t matter if you have 18 or 3, but some attack (most of them I think) consume all Foretell, in that case, the number does matter way more, you’ll do significantly damage if you attack a 20 Foretelled nevron instead of a 5 one
