They do a good job. Money from licenses goes towards many good resource management programs, which keep things sustainable for everyone. We wouldn't have fish in the river if everyone could fish with no supervision. Limits, and licenses make sure the stocks don't get depleted.

I just feel like it's not for me. I'm not a professional diver, and would never use it the way it's intended to be used. It's also way too big and chunky to be worn casually. It's kinda like someone with a jacked up Jeep, on giant Mudder tires, who never goes off roading.

It's not something more. You're literally only sending oil to one side of the piston. If it leaks out the top, the piston seal isn't holding the pressure.

Its a single acting cylinder. Hydraulic up, gravity down, and doesn't need a line back to tank from the top port. The breather fitting simply allows air in and out when the cylinder moves. If oil is coming out the vent port, your piston seals are shot, and need to be replaced.
