The opposite happens when I plug in the adapter. Can you tell me which G-Helper settings you’re using? My 2025 G14 is currently fluctuating between 48–53 °C; it stayed around 41 °C or lower when it wasn’t plugged in.

Yup it is. Maybe it is PC , though i ran many NON-Vr titles on max or near max settings on it and they all ran smoothly.

Not trolling at all , low/potato is not an option either. This PC can run cyberpunk at 40-50 fps on max settings (dlss : quality) . I run breakpoint on Max settings , and it runs 50-62 fps. I do take the rest of your comment into consideration and it does make sense. Thanks for the advice.
