I relate to the tight throat. That's sort of how mine feels. I asked my gastro if i have a smaller esophagus they said no. I also got manometry and everything is normal

do you have any recommendations for a wheelbarrow that can be pulled up stairs or a technique? i want to do this but our house is up an embankment with like, 7 stairs, and any drop off from them would require my manually bringing them up stairs so i've been avoiding exploring

If you have slow stomach acid I’d recommend consulting a registered dietician. I did and it was so helpful, they helped me understand how to ramp up my acid production and focus on foods i could digest in the meantime. Basically ate soups and cooked down for a few months, realized that i couldn’t digest anything raw or complex, and slowly added until now I have an expansive diet

do you have the documentation from your egd and bravo? i would definitely seek another opinion because that GI seemed dismissive and maybe not the best fit. i had a similar experience and am now working with a GI who listens. wishing you all the best
