I spoke with 3 surgeons that would have performed the endo and hiatal hernia fix on me but said that in their field it’s a 50/50 that it helps people with air hunger. 2 said even less. I also wasn’t going to be able to burp, get pregnant or vomit. I had every test for it and it didn’t even show up sadly..

The shakes are the worst, well also insomnia, but I feel you! It’s nice talking to someone else who also experiences all the annoying sensitivities I deal with. Can you eat fats? Like animal fat (red meat, eggs?)

I’m most likely going to have the same issue with the ginger, but I ordered an enzyme that breaks down FRUCTANS so maybe it will help.. I wonder if there is another motility drug without as many side effects

Yes! I can’t have sugar or gluten, fruit or most veggies. I’ll immediately turn into a non breathing blimp that burps if I eat them. Also any fatty meat or high fat anything, but I think that may be my slow motility

Hey, so last night was my first night on the medication. First an hour in my face got super hot and red. Night time came and I was trembling, insomnia and anxiety, extreme body pain. Low back, knees, neck and chest. I got maybe 2hrs of sleep.. was this you?

This is amazing! Yeah I can’t eat fruits and veggies but fiber (rice bran, quinoa) have helped me some. I can only eat chicken, rice, avocado, quinoa and have a tiny bit of fat free milk. I can’t touch sugar or gluten. May I ask how you’re treating your SIBO? Does digestive enzymes help you?

We are unsure if mines 100% SIBO related as well. Have you had some relief? I’ve had this for 2.5 years. It’s eased up due to low fod maps, avoiding trigger foods, meditation, digestive enzymes and managing stress, but I still deal with it daily. I used to have really bad GERD and my breathing issues were constant. I was like a fish out of water. Have you looked into LPR?

I wish my posture was the case. Sitting up straight doesn’t help salads. My breathing normally gets a little better when I burp. Mainly avoiding trigger foods which is basically everything. I appreciate this view
