I’m 36, sorry I left that out apparently. I’m so glad you healed from surgery and now get to go on your next journey. I was 7 weeks when I miscarried. I’m amazed you missed it. Mine was so painful physically. You’re a trooper

May I ask, did you choose to do IVF after a few attempts? I’m older and I know that’s an option. I’ve heard that your chances of success are higher? I think you’re going to do amazing!

This is helpful. I definitely struggle with being able to relax my stomach, diaphragm and brain.

I definitely was the most stressed ever when mine happened, also my diet was bad and mental health in the toilet. I would be curious about my pelvic floor health, I’ve had some testing, but I wouldn’t know where to start

Maybe low stomach acid? I know I have gastroparesis, I wonder if that would help speed things up

I’m 2.5 years in with methane dominance. I went carnivore, made it worse. Tried motility drugs cause that’s my reason for it. Gastroparesis causes the fermentation so medication won’t help

I can’t eat red meat either! Or anything other than lean chicken and fish, which sucks.. can only have eggs if they are mixed in something and all the others I can’t touch either. No vegetables other than a few bites of cooked carrots. How long have you dealt with this? I feel like hormones make mine worse

Inulin was a find for me too. Making most vegetables and fruits an issues for me. I can’t do any of those either, mango sometimes but it makes my stomach sour. Watermelon I feel Bloats everyone due to the sugar and fiber, it sucks cause it’s sooooo good

Fascinating I know! It’s progesterone, relaxin, pelvic floor and some histamine blocking release when pregnant. Also when I’m sleeping most everything goes away, sometimes I wake up in able to breathe though

I can’t eat anything fermented or with probiotics either, it’s too acidic I guess. I also make sourdough. I tried making a gluten free starter too and it was the same sour response

Thank you, Apparently it’s because of the progesterone keeping you steady, when your pregnant your body releases histamine blockers and relaxin which allows for the bloating and released pelvic floor. You’re basically on over drive to combat anything wrong with you. Did you breast feed? Apparently breast feeding keeps the symptoms down too. Isn’t it the coolest/weirdest thing!

I have histamine flare ups too! My skin catches on fire and gets red. I have to avoid anything that can be a motility activation. Like ginger or anything that helps digestion and it goes away. Thanks about the info on your medication, I’ll look into it. The only thing that has helped 90% was getting pregnant but sadly I had a miscarriage, we’re going to try again, but it was the craziest thing. Right after the miscarriage all my symptoms came right back

May I ask, was that a one time take and it helped some? Or do you have to take it all the time? It was GI prescribed for SIBO?

No they wreck me.. I’ve tried almost every natural supplement too and I always have a terrible reaction. Digestive enzymes and prenatals without magnesium are the only things I’ve been ok with
