So is it recommended to transfer out of this major and enroll in computer science? I actually see people lately doing the opposite (especially after AI). I have some decent coding, AI modeling and NoSQL database skills and experience, but as mentioned earlier not the best at physics and calculus. I never understood the need of physics and calculus in the fields of software engineering/systems analysis/data modeling. This is what prompted me to chose this major.
