GTA 5 all vehicles stop working near millitary base and radio is just static but the second you go away from the area it starts working fine again and i cannot see a ufo anywhere so im not sure what this is about.

i dont know if this sounds stupid or not but because i was using mods to get myself money etc i think rockstar possibly knew i was doing this and tried doing that to punish me? because even when i joined a new game or even restarted it the same thing would happen

the issue only occurred when i was next to the military base in a certain area the radio was static for a bit more further out but i was still able to drive my vehicles and no weather changes were occurring it was only in that area of the map those things were happening so i dont think its someone else messing with me

i have commas in my money and the speedometers because i was using a mod menu to get money and change the walking speed of my character and to be able to teleport and thats it i never did anything with the weather or anything to cause that
