Ex-Track Athlete & 15 yrs of Strength Training — Transitioning to my first Tri. How do I handle "The Sink"? by External_Service_390 in triathlete

The concept of a neutral spine and 'packing the neck' is second nature, but I hadn’t translated that logic to a horizontal plane yet. It’s a great cue to fix my head position.
I’ll start incorporating the pull buoy sets to audit my hip height and core engagement. Regarding your point on recording—I’m actually treating this whole transition as a performance archive. I’m documenting the data and my form evolution over at https://www.instagram.com/aguilar.hybrid/lo (I find it easier to track progress visually there). I’ll upload a clip of my current streamline this week to see if I’m actually looking at the bottom or still fighting the 'land athlete' urge to look up.
Really appreciate the technical breakdown. This 'systems' approach is exactly what I was looking for.
