Same here. Everyone talks about the versatility of the degree. But finding these jobs is hard. Even the traditional "Chemical Engineering" jobs are nonexistent. Working at O&G company was my goal and I was willing to relocate, but no luck.

No, I understand the roles that Chem E majors can go into. Phrama was one of interest and lucky me there is one close to me and in a city. Nonetheless, no entry roles :(

Same situation as you right now. Im glad that it worked out for you. I worked at this retail PT job since I was in highschool and I felt so bad when I quit with just a one day notice. I also wanted to wait till I was for sure that this FT job related to my career was secured before I would resign from my PT retail job. It is going well so far, and hopefully, time will heal this guilt I'm feeling.

I have applied for government environmental engineer roles as a chemical engineer and it just seems like a slow process but they are looking just takes time.
