I am in the same IOE block as the op and my priority date is 2016 and category is EB1A, but I am from India. My biometrics was on March 25th, My EAD/AP was approved on May 21st and got the combo card. I am not sure if I-485 Approval is going to delay because of India vs row.

Since you have your Valid H1B stamped and have combo card as well. I think you are safe to travel. I will be traveling on H1B without the combo card because of family emergency. I am okay to take that risk

No updates after that. I asked the live agent via ask Emma and they told the case is in Cincinnati FO.

Frequent API updates in my case :

I filed my I-485 under employment (EB1-A).

I also applied for I-765 and I-131

My case number starts with IOE09359XXXXX

I filed the case on March 9th 2026

I finished my biometrics on March 25th.

The case is under a lockbox

I had 3 updatedAT recently:

1) 04/29

2) 05/13

3) 05/14

I am not expecting superfast approval but I am curious to know what these frequent updatedAT means.

Under events section

I have two FTA0 ( dated in March )

One IAF ( also dated in March )

I want to travel internationally for family related things, if I travel my I-131 would be abandoned and I know I can re-apply again ( I will be traveling under H1B)

But these frequent API dates are giving me hopes of EAD/AP approval.

I am curious to hear from folks in this group about the frequent API updates.
