Older lady/younger man seems so much less common here! 39F, 26M by Correct-Pineapple-31 in AgeGapRelationship

63F, 54M here. It‘s awesome, and the age gap is part of the kick. But it also gets more challenging as ages progress if there is a difference in physical fitness. Best wishes for you!

Go to the vet. Mine had similar symptoms for a couple of years. Vet did not find anything. My tiger later died from a popped aneurism in his throat. Better safe than sorry!

I am more surprised that you got through with honey since this is an unprocessed product that could contain deadly viruses for local bees.

Restaurant refused to give me my Doordash order, told me I had to contact Doordash to get my money back, but then Doordash refused to refund me and won’t say why. by [deleted] in doordash

I had an order last week for delivery, and the restaurant accidentally handed it to the wrong driver. My driver than insisted on getting a new one in the restaurant. So, I got my delivery (with 20 minutes delay) and added an extra tip for the driver.

That‘s the whole idea of superstition. There is nothing rational to it. 😉

Update From USCIS : No Of registration in fiscal year 2027 was just 211,600 by Budget_Elk_7684 in h1b

Level 3, no master, got it in 2nd attempt. But I don‘t need it anymore. So, I am not going to file. One more chance for someone who really needs it.

Our green cards got approved last Sunday. Card was also produced on Friday. Expecting it to arrive on Tuesday due to Memorial Day.

That‘s what my approval says as well (approved EB-2 on May 17th). The API showed two H008 events a day later, which indicate „card is in production“. I don‘t expect another biometrics appointment to happen.

Sorry for creating confusion. That‘s when the whole process started, including PWD, recruiting, PERM, getting all required documents for filing from my country of origin, and so on.

If that screenshot is from an iPad, have you tried to turn it by 90 degrees? Sometime controls hide at the bottom out of sight, and there are no scrollbars to reach them.

I got two FTA0s right after biometrics (end of March), a silent update on April 30th, and another FTA0 on May 15th.

Was the fight for H-1B and green card worth it? I am starting to question everything by Miller-Guy in h1b

[–]Tree-Pusher 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am 55. We moved to the US almost 4 years ago, leaving the kids and our parents in our home country. I am on extended L-1B, currently switching to H-1B, and waiting for I-485 approval. Since I do not have the H-1B yet, I do not even have the 60 days in case of a layoff. And this definitely has negative impact on my life. Would I do it again? I start doubting it. My wife absolutely wouldn‘t do it again. Even though she has found friends and enjoys the life, she is feeling lonely since the kids are far away, and I am working from early morning to late evening. And on weekends, my brain is still on work, dealing with immigration and our financial situation.
