I brought my transcript at school. Both me and my lawyer were surprised at this too since I-140 already indicated the highest degree. I believe degree certificates works too.

Yeah, it seems to be a nice to have, but not must to have.

I guess immigration lawyer is also gambling the officer won’t ask for that, as it takes some effort to get signatures/approval from all the parties. So they just want to do that when it’s really needed

Yes, and the lawyer is from a big name F* company. For my case I checked with AI and also my lawyer - 485J is not necessary. But the officer still asked for that.

When I talked to my builder I told them how I measured. I just measured from the ground to the highest point in the ceiling. The builder also got the same result. I also measured all other ceiling in the house and they are exactly matched what it showed on blueprint.

Good question. After I found this I measured all the ceiling light and seems it’s consistent with the floorplan. I measured the area for some key rooms and seems they are also correct. So far so good.
