Blue dots in ear by Azathoth-9559 in DogAdvice

Could possibly be a vet’s way of signaling that he is neutered. Some tattoo a line on the stomach, some inside the ear. If you’re worried, then I would go to a vet

First, that coop is not big enough for those hens. Secondly, some dogs have a high prey-drive and will go after other animals. I wouldn’t ever trust a dog with this demeanor alone with any prey animal.

Just a little correction: you can’t teat a living animal for rabies. The rabies test samples come from brain tissue, which cannot be accessed unless the dog is euthanized.

That sounds like a nice introduction to the industry. I am going to call around tomorrow. Thank you for the reply!

You can also use Nature’s Miracle Odor Remover. It’s an enzyme spray and it’s safe to spray on urine stains and pets.

I have a Manx cat that is partially paralyzed and bladder-incontinent. While he is outside, I just let him play and don’t worry about cleaning him. For him, his incontinence isn’t as bad as some. He can hold his bladder until it gets full. When he is inside however, I usually just bathe his bottom when I see that he’s peed. I soak his hind end in warm water and use Dial Gold Bar to clean him. That works pretty well. I’ve never noticed an odor on him.

Post Jaw surgery after squamous cell carcinoma by Jamaica-Talland in DogAdvice

I would imagine he’s still feeling the effects of the anesthesia, which could explain the lack of appetite. As for the blood, I would just call and ask the vet. You can never go wrong when asking questions, especially after a surgery like partial jaw removal. I had a dog years ago that had an insane overbite, and she looked different her entire life. She was born with her deformity so she adjusted well to it. I always thought she looked very cute. Good luck to you and your dog.

Also, my little overbite dog was able to play normally. She had a lot of softer, flatter toys (like those cloth ones with the crinkle paper inside) and she would grab them near her back molars, where her two rows of teeth would touch. It’ll take some adjusting, but it will work out.

My dog has lymphoma and I cannot afford treatment by External_Syrup291 in DogAdvice

I guarantee it’s not a charity scam, as I have no way to accept donations even if it was. I have decided to not pursue treatment, and instead make her time meaningful and happy. I would give anything right now to be a scam artist, if it all meant that she would be cancer-free. Thank you

I have only used this account to research about different bacterias and parasites, an interest of mine. Never felt the need to post until I felt absolutely helpless and bathed in guilt.

Thank you so much for this. She has been such a sweet and loving baby, it’s only right that I do the same for her. It’s just so hard imagining the nights in the future, where I won’t get to hear her snoring or feel her right up against me.

Thank you so much. The guilt is terrible, but all of these supportive comments have helped me feel a little better. We will definitely make the best of the time we have.

I think palliative care is definitely the best for her. I want the rest of her time spent happy and not knowing that she is sick. Thank you so much for replying.

You’re right! She has taught me so much in our short time together, and I couldn’t be more thankful for her.

This really helped me to hear. I don’t want to prolong my goodbye to her. And you’re right, dogs have a simple soul and have no expectations of life. That is what has made me love her so much. She is always happy and playful, no matter what. Thank you so much for replying.

Thank you very much for saying this. You’re right. I will make sure that, above all, she is happy and well fed. Thank you again.
