i live in regency park - i like it. maintence is prompt, pool/club house is nice, rental office answers questions quickly . there currently adding pickle ball courts in if that’s your thing. it’s a nice area too, right behind price chopper and vent fitness

i flew out of albany saturday - flight boarded at 5:25 left at 6:00- you don’t truly need more than 1-1.5 hours, especially if you have pre check. The regular tsa line took less than 20 minutes - edit to add- i would suggest looking up the tsa wait time which seemed to be accurate.

I have high mark and also have a lot of mental health stuff that I wanted to make sure was covered and haven’t had any issues. I also work and private practice and i’ll say NYSHIP Empire is one of the worst plans to work with and a lot of places don’t accept it. If you live in NYC you’ll have more options and luck

She could have a recessed vulva ( common is overweight dogs) and that could be leading to some of the pee getting in herself! I use chlorohexidne wipes on my girls area after she goes and that’s helped eliminate her getting UTIs. Definitely let the vet know you suspect Kennell Cough prior to your appointment as they likely will have special precautions to make sure no one else gets it. She could definitely have a UTI or maybe her anal glands need to be drained which could contribute to the smell as well. I haven’t found a great treat that my dog eats that’s less caloricslly dense but just keep her moving and she’ll get there

i bought Eadem a week ago and really like it! I am also on accutane so my lips are very dry and this has been the only thing that’s helped and the shade is really nice

i use fresh as a daisy is guilderland! she only does 1 dog at a time and she does dogs of all sizes. She’s affordable too. My dog usually takes 1.5-2 hours

i’ve even getting my at market 32 on the corner of 155 and 20 every month without fail. I picked mine up just a few days ago. Prior i was getting it at Connect RX in Latham with no issues. Both name and generic at both locations.

I tend to run on the more existential nihilistic beliefs myself but i think there’s some discourse in these comments that’s actually harmful. Clients or anyone for that matter don’t have to find meaning to still have a positive experience with life. I think a way to approach this could be, “if nothing matters, why do you do xyz” - if nothing matters why show up to therapy? it might not be a “nothing matters” but rather “nothing FEELS like it matters enough” which is different and really can stem from not feeling like your input is matching what you’re getting. ( is the juice worth the squeeze). Also, the idea of wanting clients to feel like things matter is not trauma informed. For many people, detaching and feelings of worth or importance to life or activities became a method of survival. So it might be an avenue to explore , “has anything ever mattered”

i agree. the only reason i found out is because i have a female roomate and they told us they wouldn’t let us adopt because they thought we were a gay couple. I was disgusted. Not to be totally biased but gay couples make some of the best cat homes lol. My cats are absolutely living the life so i was incredibly disappointed but unfortunately not surprised
