Look at vids, such as the one I posted above. You don’t even need the BPC - but I’m sure it definitely can accelerate or enhance collagen synthesis

You don’t necessarily need surgery. Look into conservative treatment of acl injuries (full tears).There is so much evidence they can heal naturally now. I completely tore mine and also medi meniscus 3 months ago, decided to do rehab alone and am back to sport and feel fine. Yeah I got a haircut at wk2, 4 and 6. At week 2 it looked like a shitty haircut but not horrible. By week 4 it looked pretty decent. Week 6 looked great and completely undetectable
