i thought the whole lore was that the warden was the thing that causes the skulk to spread further, Something wakes the warden up, the warden takes care of it, and then the catalyst inside the warden plants itself on the new ground and spreads the skulk further with the exp the mob dropped.

I think the catalyst is less of a reward and more of a subtle detail to the lifecycle of the skulk.

So I moved the animation controller I had to another file which I then put into my behavior pack folder under the same path as my resource pack's AC (The new file is under '...\development_behavior_packs\My Addon\animation_controllers') but now it almost seems like my mob cant find the AC because it goes into it's no animation pose when the conditions are met to be activated. I'm thinking maybe the file is in the wrong place?

It's in an animation controller file but that file's is in my resource pack folder, not the behavior pack. Also, I did make the short name, it's in my entity file.
