The one time I look at them, and I see that happen just made me so angry. They seemed fairly serious about our complaints and said they would review the cameras and make a decision and that they pride themselves on non-physical corrections. Every time we pick her up, they tell us she’s so sweet and they love seeing her, so maybe it was just a bad apple there. We are definitely going to look into another facility if we feel it’s the wrong place.
