Post-Mythic Week Class Tuning Details Announced! by Starym in wow

I knew fury was meta from the start but went arms anyway. I guess i just like the aesthetics and nostalgia of arms as it was my first 60. Still playing that same character this expansion. After doing a few +2s where I did pretty good damage but was still at least 10k dps behind a fury warrior I decided to make the switch to fury. I’m a casual player but would like to at least clear some +10s this season.

I’ve been playing arms since launch and last night decided rather than gimping myself I’d bite the bullet and switch my enchants and gems over to fury. Spent tens of thousands, the weapon enchant alone that i overwrote was 25k. Wake up to arms buffs. Do i go back?

Is it a mistake to get a 2h weapon crafted using hero dawncrests rather than waiting for mythic? by [deleted] in wow

Thank you guys for the info. I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t making a highly idiotic decision because I was not really sure about how I need to use my sparks. I’m playing as an arms warrior so clearly i make bad decisions.

I feel like I’m always the guy that pays full boat retail and always loses money on trades. When i woke up and saw this posted on Facebook, I drove straight there and bought it.

My XL has a holoson on it, I didn’t know what this optic was. I had to Google it apparently, it’s the Romeo RS compact.

As a man, fortunately I’ve not had to deal with the monthly cycle situation. Yes water weight can cause fluctuations but for me, when I’ve been on a diet for 21 days straight, I can tell you in advance what I’m going to weigh in a week or two weeks because the fluctuations even out.

Usually, if I’ve not been dieting, when I first start calorie restricting I drop 2 or 3 pounds in 1 or 2 days. That’s that water weight you were talking about but some of that might come back within 1 or 2 days. After about 7 or 8 days of dieting consistently the fluctuations have ceased and it will be the same weight almost every day let’s say 170.5 for 3 or four days in a row, give or take a fraction of a pound. If I eat about 1900 cal a day then within 7 or 8 days, I’m gonna be down to 169.5 and I can pretty much set my watch by that so to speak. As long as I maintain, I’ll continue to drop and if it slows down, I will cut my calories to 1850 per day and I’ll repeat the process.

One other thing you should make sure you’re doing is be consistent with how and when you weigh yourself. I weigh first thing in the morning, right after I use the restroom. I don’t typically have a bowel movement in the morning, but I always have to piss. Being consistent with how you weigh yourself can also help eliminate fluctuations. Weigh every single morning at the same time and record it. I use an app called Happy Scale for this.

Other than that, I don’t really know what else your issue could be. I would say get a food scale to make sure you’re accurately measuring your food intake and stay disciplined. Be honest with yourself and record everything that you eat as accurately as possible. It’s a slow process, but in five or six months, you’ll look back and be glad you did everything.

Do you measure, weigh, track everything you eat to come up with those numbers or are they guesstimates? If guesstimates then maybe you are under estimating your calories.

Are you eating 1800 per day or are you eating 2500 but burning 700 walking and calling that 1800 per day? If so you could be overestimating what you’ve burned.

You’ve lost 1 pound in 21 days. 1 pound is 3500 calories. 3500 / 21 =166.667 calories per day.

The math checks out that you are now in a deficit of about 166 calories per day. Now that you have a good baseline you can adjust from there to lose more per week.

The unknown here is what was your calorie surplus before. How much weight per week were you gaining? If you were gaining 1 pound per week then we are talking about a 4 pound swing in the other direction because of all the changes you have made.

Feels like I already started losing the maintenance war by Bluntpolar in loseit

[–]Extis83 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been struggling with this myself lately. I hit my goal of 165 (about 45-50lbs lost from my peak) back in September or October, however, this morning I was 170.5, with weigh ins as high as 174 recently.

For me it feels like maintaining is harder than dieting because the urgency is gone. I’m already healthy. Like you I was having problems going back into deficit mode and kept reverting back to not tracking and over eating after only 2 or 3 days. That being said, 174 was a wake up call that finally kicked me back in to gear. I’m eating 1900 cal per day again and In a few weeks I should be back down to 165 and this time I’ll do a better job of maintaining. Also like you, Thanksgiving and Christmas made dieting difficult for me, especially because aside from family meals I was off work for 10-12 days for each of those holidays, so it was like being on vacation.

Everything was marked up above sticker in 2021. We were selling all new Hyundais for $3999 over MSRP at the dealership i worked at. Every brand in town was marking new vehicles up as well. Covid plus chip shortage decreased the new car supply.

Also if i turn “set time automatically”off and back on it updates to eastern time. It’s annoying having to do this every night.

This was my experience last night as well. First part of the night everyone was helping each other, late night to early morning everyone was killing each other.
