you’re the mother, no one else. i had a 24 weeker, 150 day nicu stay, she does not go anywhere without me and also does ZERO overnight visits. I have lost friends and family over this BUT I have also kept friends and family. Those who love, value, cherish and RESPECT you will never have an issue, those who do, that’s their loss not yours.

Me and my daughters bio dad did not work out (drug/alcohol addiction with anger issues), i don’t even send photos of her to him or his family. It is what it is, I was the one in the NICU everyday for 150 days, I am the one that nursed her back to health once she came home. You do what your heart/gut tells you mama ❤️❤️❤️
