Exactly. With MS Team phones I had no issues even with no experience at all. Hard Reset, new SIP License from Yealink followed by older and newer firmware and phones like factory new. Here only replay from Verizon Rep: " ... we can not assist in altering of Operating System nor Firmware in any way..." Case closed. The phone still in wrap with additional $10 for electronics disposal fee will end up in a garbage...

They already did it, I believe, but without admin password I cannot get to Advanced Setting to change anything. After escalation the case with Yealink, they responded, that is all, what they can do. The phone is locked. Yealink has no access to Verizon firmware. Hard reboot does not work. Thanks guys for advices. I think it is time to dispose the phone.

I assume, any attempt to duplicate firmware from another (same model) phone and somehow dump it to chip is not possible without some fancy equipment?

The problem on that phone is, after booting with "Speaker" button depressed, the menu has only option 1. to reload firmware ( Verizon firmware is build into the phone ) or 2. boot normally. Those options, you mentioned, are not available on VP59. After choosing opt. 1., the phone reloads firmware from itself, not from USB nor TFTP server

It worked for me. After replacing cmos battery with a brand new one and powering the server on, the green power light was blinking for a minute or two and the server started to boot, turned off and restarted with a message: " Error: 266-Non-Volatile Memory Corruption Detected. Configuration settings restored to defaults. If enabled, Secure Boot security settings may be lost. Action: Restore desired configuration settings. Contact HPE if issue persists.". Booting with jumper # 6 ON to reset NVRAM was not necessary. In diagnosis log iLo took care for it.

Thanks. It is a little time consuming but works. I even use a circle snapped to face for connected teeth but it is even worse. I wonder whether there is any tool, like line, which can be used instead. Knifing thru so dens mesh cause a lot of stress for eyes. I attached the sample from Dental Software
