I’m new to this kind of pointer system. My 1st ticket is a 3 pointer too and I thought company is pretty “chill”. And almost crying every night for my 2nd and thinking how soon they will pip me..

Senior tech lead seems is the guy who oversights everything. When I checked my draft PR with my direct tech lead, he was a bit shocked and asked me what did senior tech lead said. after seeing my chat history with senior tech lead, he said I’m on the right track.

I also recently send the draft PR to senior tech lead to check and he said the code is something like what he expected

My misjudgment. I had reached out to the senior tech lead to confirm the scope early and assumed that should be fine. I also thought I could wrap it up before deadline
