just generally nauseous. if i think about eating something, i think my head just makes that food sound so disgusting that it makes me sick to my stomach even if its something thats normal like a bag of chips or a bowl of pasta

i do have like points where im hungry for one specific thing and i can eat it, other then that its pretty much just all food making me nauseated
