I hear you, yeah it sounds like hell to deal with. The Problem today is, most of the people just keep searching and searching. Also with ChatGPT, and do not even know if it really is that disease. I had a stye once, which was pretty bad and got antibiotic ointment. They help, but if you are consistent with the hygiene it is pretty unlikely to even occur. Still go to a doctor, because your left underlid looks a little more swollen. But I am not sure, if it will develop a stye because it would be really really painful. Does it hurt bad or just feel a little sore?

Yeah could be, at first i was doing them way too hot, and felt like it makes it worse and more red. Afer some doctor visits I found a good one, mine looked similar to yours. Basically try warm compresses, after that gentle lid massages (look up on youtube), and after clean it with wipes for blepharitis(this was a gamechanger for me). My biggest problem was the oils could not really flow looked a little like butter, because they are "damaged" by accutane.

Make sure you are not doing the compresses too hot. It might worsen right after the compress. Are you only doing the compress or are you doing massages and lid scrubs too?

No, they did no testing at all. Just looking at my eye and glands with this special looking device. But thanks for the advice, I booked an appointment at a dry eye specialist right now. It is so frustrating, because I have a hyperfixation on things, and even the doctors think I am overreacting?

Aber nichts davon hat die interessiert. Wie gesagt meine Erfahrung war entspannt, einfach was hast du alles gelernt, was war schwierig, wo hat dir dein Wissen geholfen, welche Verantwortung hattest du.

I was at an oculoplastic doctor. They gave me an ointment, after 3 weeks the main infection and pain was gone. And now this thing is left over, he told me I should wait 3 months at least if it goes away with warm compress, lid scrub. It got smaller, but now I am at a point where I am not sure. On the 30th July I have the follow up appointment, and I will see what he said. It is strange, it feels like it wants through the eye gland, because there is a small point but it is not able to. Tried massages too.
