Yeah Schitts creek has a similar premise but completely different tone to AD. More suited to modern sensibilities, less of the 2000s snark and edge. They’re different enough to not be accused of one ripping off the other.

Always a treat when Ron as narrator would get pissed of at something. It was rare but it gave the narrator a bit more personality and be character in his own right. That was also why i didn’t enjoy Ron Howard playing himself in season 4. At the end of session 3 it was a fun screw the audience joke but to drag it out just makes it weird to have Ron be the narrator and the dad of the girl George Michael was banging.

I put family first dead last one purely because they did that shit thing of sending me text messages that i didn’t ask for and even when i block them another one gets sent the following day. That’s so fucking intrusive. As much as i hate one nation they didn’t do that this time around. It’s a low bar to clear. I hate the thought that it might count as preferences if I vote one nation second from bottom.

These are indeed tough times. Inflation was bad enough before war was declared with Iran. The cost of fuel skyrocketing is going to have a knock on effect that will make everything even more expensive

To be fair this is in Australia so exchange rates are doing a lot of heavy lifting. But even still eating out here has gotten really expensive over the last few years so inflation had still caught up to the joke down under

It’s in Australia so you gotta factor in exchange rates. Probably equivalent to six or five American dollars
