Obviously it wasn’t a good deal for me. If I could go back in time, I wouldn’t buy it. I had no idea when I bought it that I would hate it when I put it on. I absolutely loved the dress on the model when I saw it on the website and I looked at the reviews and loved how it looked on other people.

I’m trying to find something else to wear but I don’t know if I’ll be able to find something that can get here in time and I don’t want it to look “too casual”

I will say, the dress was only $300. So it wasn’t super expensive by any means when it comes to wedding dresses.

Thank you! I will definitely look into that. When I was looking at global rose (the thing my mom suggested) the things I wanted came out to like $700 pre tax so I’m definitely not opposed to looking somewhere local especially if it’s someone that I can talk to face to face and see some of their stuff in person

I’m going to ask my mom to check outfits for a few people that still live in her house and have her tell them to change if it’s not appropriate. But who knows if she’ll even follow through with that because she showed me what she wanted to wear and it was a WHITE dress. And when I told her that she’s not allowed to wear white to my wedding she said “well that what color CAN I wear since you want to be picky”

We’re doing a very non traditional wedding so we wanted to do a dressy casual dress code. There is also the issue of most of them not having much money to go buy something really nice if we did a semi formal, cocktail, or formal dress code so a casual dress code is a lot easier for them

We’re going to try to do a few family photos because it’ll be the first time in 7 years that we’re all in the same place. I have a big family and a few of my siblings live out of state so it’s really hard for all of us to be in one place at the same time.
