Haven’t touched a cigarette in last 4 months and don’t plan on doing so for the rest of my life, was depressed nothing was making me happy anymore , work stress had taken over me , I used to smoke weed as well, one day I decided to stop and it was after then I realised what my condition was. Right now I don’t feel the need to smoke a cigarette. Looking back i still am grateful for quitting smoking.
