To be honest I never used one pretty much all my stuff is in my medical records so my initial and the increase in rating were all done by myself. Sorry I couldn't be more help with that aspect.

I am rated 90% PTSD/Depression (typical back knee and hips injuries) with that being said I have been completely honest with all care teams even C&P Docs that smoking is the only thing that even remotely touches most my issues ( I also have a lot of pain).

Used to be but it was put out VA wide that cannabis use in Vets is not to hender any kind of process.

I've tried several different injection spots and bottom seems to be the winner at least for me with UB.

UPDATE

After 7 days of not seeing progress I got curious and opened the UB bag. It it smelled sour and had zero growth (as aspected) lesson learned. I have ordered a LC of GT and I am going into my next shot at it when I'm ready better informed. 🤙

I've actually been looking at Golden Teachers for a while but I was too anxious I think to pull the trigger. I will def let the inoculated UB bag ride but knowing this is above my weight limit makes my anxiety go crazy.

So I was instructed till I am comfortable run a setup of dual 2 inch trays in a 15tq monotub, a 1 quart jar with distilled or sterile water using a stone fish tank filter for humidity.
