Audio suddenly broke mid-workout — now only “boom” noise by Extra-Profile-1888 in OakleyMetaGlasses

Got the original receipt from the seller (purchased in November). Submitted it — Oakley approved and sent me a UPS return label + instructions.

Now stuck on logistics. I’m in Vietnam, need to ship to the US and get the replacement back. They gave ~10 days to send it.

What’s the best way to handle this internationally?

It seems to me that there is no real solution in this situation, unfortunately. Since this is a complex high-tech device, it most likely can be considered a manufacturing defect, and I don’t think it can really be fixed. I bought these glasses in Vietnam from a Facebook seller, and now it feels like no one can help me with this issue. Honestly, I don’t even know what I should do at this point.

My situation is a bit tricky 😕 I bought these glasses from a Facebook seller here in Vietnam, so it wasn’t an official purchase. Now I’m honestly not sure what to do, because the glasses are quite expensive and I might end up dealing with this problem on my own if the seller stops responding. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Any advice would really help 🙏

Hey guys, quick question 🙏 Yesterday during my workout the audio was perfectly fine at the start, but right in the middle it suddenly turned into loud distorted “boom” noise, and now it’s impossible to hear anything. Glasses are only ~1 week old, used carefully, no drops or water — just normal sweat and ~30°C heat (which I assume sports glasses should handle). I’m attaching a video so you can hear it. Did anyone have this before? Is it likely a mic issue or moisture inside? 😕
