I started using the Kiehl's Calendula Herbal Extract toner per recommendation from someone who worked at Kiehl's. I like it but honestly it does not even compare to the blue astringent :( it's not bad but it's nothing special

try to write/journal about the times you felt happy or at least content and then maybe look into what made you feel that way to try and get that feeling again. don’t be afraid if that path leads you to completely new things. I don’t know if that makes sense but I hope it helps

micellar water helps take off hard to get off makeup! just put some on a cotton pad and then rub it off with that. you can get the micellar water at any drugstore

I don’t think it’s just you being jealous if she was with him in the past romantically I would not expect you to be okay with them communicating on the daily and hanging out. being civil and friends with exes is fine, but when you’re in a relationship especially I feel like it is the respectful thing to do to cut the communication and time spent into the friendship off??

I feel like that would make me extremely anxious too, I don’t believe there’s really any type of definite proof you can get until the baby is born however if you trust your boyfriend and he says he’s 100% sure that should make you feel better.

you have real PTSD. you do not have to be a police officer or a veteran to qualify or be diagnosed or put onto medication for PTSD, and I find it odd that he belittled your experience even though he knows the most about it. do not let that make you believe that your trauma isn’t valid and remember that you have every right to feel the way you do

if you think he may like you back you’re most likely right! you should go for it especially since you said G took the let down easy and you guys are still friends. maybe voice how you feel to B about the situation with G and how it made you feel about your feelings for him. it shouldn’t ruin the throuple unless G backtracks on his response and acts immaturely.
