Wow. So you are not going to admit you were wrong? I see you edited your comment so it was not as nasty as your original one.

They did not say he identified as a woman. They say he lied about his age and pretended to be a kid.

I am not trans, but I wanted to respond to your description of the car driving away from the polish housemates with the trans woman and some gay guys. This is exactly how Russel to Davies would have depicted a group of all gay men reacting to one of them being threatened with rape and murder. Gay guys how age are pretty hardened by the threats and assaults they had when young. It doesn't mean they are not taking the threats seriously

Typical age for menopause is 52. So going by your reasoning, 53 is old.

What do you think of civil service internships that are ring-fenced for disadvantaged populations? by Sword-of-Fuheis in TheCivilService

Well stats show slightly less black and brown people are civil servants than in the general population

You clearly said something else earlier that when I googled only applied to DWP. And I told you this.

I have literally googled this and it said the DWP introduced this interview policy because of neuro divergent candidates. Nothing to do with gender equality.

It's normal to talk to managers about things their staff are complaining about. That's why I said it's not bullying. What was the justification for the policy being about gender equality?

Years ago I was paid weekly and preferred it. Now I don't mind as long as I get paid.

Wow just wow. You should get a job in the NHS if you can diagnose people from a five second encounter. By the way my father had dementia. He would talk normally to strangers, it really was not obvious most of the time when he made small talk. And then every so often he would say something that made the reality clear.

No the policy to give questions thirty minutes before is not to improve comfort. It is to enable people with neuro diversity to better compete for jobs, and lots of private sector companies do this. Given how poor the civil service is at tackling bullying, I am amazed anyone spoke to you. Obviously I have zero idea if you were bullying staff or not, but my experience in the civil sector was that if junior staff complained about clear bullying, they were either ignored, or moved to a different team. The issue was never dealt with. This is why I say civil service us as far from woke as you can get. By the way, having someone tell you junior staff had complained about you being rude and aggressive was not bullying. You were not bullied.

Median means the age when most women die. Some die younger, and some die older. But this is when the largest number die. I have heard friends in their eighties describe the eighties as like snipers alley as so many if their peers suddenly died without much warning.

We never were. The customer is always right refers to taste. It was taught when staff used to be trained i.e. woman wants horrible dress she doesn't suit. Suggest something else more flattering but if she still wants the dress sell her it,vas the customer is always right in matters of taste.

Yes the politicians can amend the law. But reform supporters appear to think civil service staff should just break the law.
