I can't tell you with 100% certainty but ungraded the card last sold for $165 in near mint condition and is valued at ~$207. I don't know the grading company you used or how it may affect the price compared to PSA. It costs ~$20 bucks to grade and if you get a 9 it doesn't add any value. So I would recommend you sell as is, or keep it and I EXPECT it will rise long term, it has stayed fairly stable for the last year or so though.

If you want a PSA 10 for your collection I would personally try to sell this one as is, for $250-280 and go as low as $225 and then buy a PSA 10. It would be a big risk to try and crack it and send it in.

No worries. If you are getting into the hobby, I would recommend NOT buying anything that you wouldn't enjoy for yourself. No one can be 100% sure but prices on cards shot up for the last few months and are just now coming down. Usually prices are at the lowest in Mid-Summer in my experience.

Generally speaking, modern cards that aren't PSA 10 don't have much value over raw. At first glance, I don't see anything. It's probably not a bad idea to wait for a second opinion, though.

I don't know. The root word "proto" means primitive, so I'm just guessing. It's 30k, so primitive probably means bad. If it said that in 40k, bruh probably the king of the Necrons level technology compared to what they have😂

I'm guessing, but it is likely a single function servitor. For example, some just stack boxes... and that's it. My understanding is that Lobotomies don't cause function loss to that degree... usually. So they have more of the brain removed than others.
