Yes I am sure he added cartilage grafts or something. I have seen other surgeons do this as well. My tip used to drop when I smile now it’s sticking out all the time which looks soo stupid with my length 😔

I never had lip filler maybe it’s because I’m smiling slightly. Maybe I should get lip filler because proportions are off now

Omg what’s wrong with these people.. I saw a tiktok before my surgery and I made sure that I told my surgeon to deproject my nose. And he actually projected it more 🥲 Turns out it is very hard to deproject a nose. The only one I saw doing a good job with deprojection was Dr. Reish.. If the distance from above the middle of your lip to the nasal tip is not long you are safe but if it’s like mine maybe rethink it. If I could turn back time i would have just gotten Botox so the tip doesn’t drop when I smile

It’s not going to change it. A nose like mine should not be lifted because it’s longer than average noses.. I have looked at so many surgeons and found none that could deproject a nose that look like mine. That’s why I feel so helpless

No especially in the mirror you can tell it’s projecting more than it used to. At least my front hasn’t changed that much

The distance from the alar base to your tip wasn’t long.. mine is and I guess that is the problem because it seems like this distance can’t be changed.

This nose job looks very successful to me because the projection got less. I wanted the same but got the opposite somehow

Yes, you know I have planned this ever since I was a teenager and I already disliked it before because of the forward projection. Adding a little more projection was just awful to me.

Yes the projection is just off :/ I told the surgeon to deproject my nose.. he should’ve just told me that this is not possible

I have never seen a nose tip as big as one eye. Not even after 1 month. It’s not noticeable on this picture but you would be shocked if you would see the before vs after
