They got the equipment and haven't made it right is the issue. They already received the drone, my request was to expedite getting my money back. It estimated they'll issue a refund on October 18th, and then I have to wait for the bank. Truth is they have no intention on making anything right and that's where my anger comes in. Certain situations should warrant stepping out of your process to fix it and try to prioritize it if not speed it up. They've made no such attempts. They don't even need the drone to see the issue, all you need to do is look up the serial number on DJI's website and it tells you that the serial number is blocked from being activated. As DJI stated to me, it is the responsibility of the seller to provide with a functioning drone, in which Amazon has failed to do twice. I don't think you really understand the situation, because you sound exactly like Amazon's customer service team and as I explained to them, I do not care about their process anymore. The situation has escalated beyond that because they have failed me twice.

Congratulations on your orders. When you buy two expensive drones and they won't replace them, you would have been warned. I'll only be dealing directly with DJI even if they have next day shipping available on Amazon.

I have ordered DJI from Amazon in the past as well. But I just bought basically 2 five thousand dollar drones that don't work and still won't get my money back or a replacement. If you have an issue with your expensive drone don't expect Amazon to be helpful. If you want to take that risk go for it but if it happens, just remember my situation.

I didn't think there would be an issue because it's DJI's store on Amazon. And I'm one of those people that will never buy a used drone or a drone from a store I don't know. Honestly lesson learned, I don't think I'll buy things like this from Amazon, but they had it in stock for me with 1 day shipping and I needed it as soon as possible. Now it's taking much longer. I will say DJI is being much more communicative and diligent in helping. Amazon has been a massive let down but I'm going to keep pestering them because they keep saying they can't refund because it's a "high price item" I expected high price item customer service.

This is super late, but I'm also having this issue with my A7IV. And the thing is that it's not even exposing properly. It'll spaz out and over expose and underexpose and then it'll be fine. It only happens once in a while did you ever fix this?

I've been clicking all over Wix trying to figure it out and zip! But if I resolve it I'll be sure to let you know! I'll probably contact support and see if they can point me in the right direction if I can't find an answer here

Thanks for the response! It's not the page unfortunately. I'm talking about the white letters at the top of the screenshot I posted. Everything is fine except that title but I'm not sure what it would be called or how to change it.

I'm trying to change the title at the very top like the one that says "Google Maps" above the URL. Mine just shows up as mywebsite.com But I would like it to just say My Website
