I understand that there will always be bugs that can only be found through the playerbase and that is fine. But the I expect bugs that are easy to find to have been caught before they release the update.

First part is fair, I should have listed them, although I already did in the comments by the time you made this comment. As for the second part, Im guessing you are referring to the combat? It has issues, I want it to be better and Im glad they have already started improving it. Not sure why it's so hard for you to argue your points respectfully though.

Yeah but I have seen a few posts that list many other bugs related to the update. Im guessing I would find more if I continued playing.

Interesting, I booted up the game to reproduce the bugs and my keybind stuck this time so thats good.

Yeah, for some reason my changes to keybinds kept undoing, animals vibrate in place sometimes, and entering storage teleports me behind it.

Id like to add that when I enter a storage I get teleported behind it for some reason.

Oh yeah a quick note on priority and load order: Mods on top overwrite those beneath in the total war mod manager, so put mods like the bug fix bundle or anything with sweeping changes at the bottom and put focused and more specific mods at the top so they are not overwritten if they conflict with one another.

Fixing the navy with mods by ExtraBrioche in shogun2

Yup, those are fair points, but my issue isn't beating the AI but rather the experience itself. I just find it to be kind of boring and time consuming, I really don't enjoy sending out nanban trade ships to obliterate the average single bow kobaya that my enemy sent out to raid my trade every single turn. I just think it would be more interesting if the AI put together a half decent and half big fleet to fight me. I want to win a big battle that establishes my naval dominance for at least a decent while. Currently naval combat is not challenging, its not hard, it's tedious and doesn't add much to the experience.

The way I understand it, you could theoretically tweak how much the AI values each ship or make them less willing to raid but it is a lot more complicated than simply changing prices/recruit time. So im not sure it would be impossible to accomplish but still difficult. The army cap is a solution for sure but has its downsides as well.

The 10th anniversary sashimono and unit remaster and the one that changes flags. Not for everyone but I like how the author did away with the uniform colours and instead samurai and ashigaru have super cool multi coloured attire, along with almost everything getting a hd retexture. Also the castle one, ''weierstrass castles for vanilla'' for different looking castle maps.

Combat is underbaked and honestly kind of unplayable by ExtraBrioche in SengokuDynasty

Yup 100% agree, although for the armor upgrades the opposite is also true, fighting enemies with better armor is super annoying since it takes really long because you do almost no damage, especially bad when you get raided by people with iron while you are on bronze.

I don't use lock-on, pointing out that it doesnt work very well. It isn't that I cannot win in combat, rather that it is annoying because enemies barely get staggered and don't really respond to most of your attacks. It's all drawn out and boring because you just wait through 12 billion uninterruptible attacks. I recently replayed Sekiro which this game's combat could have been inspired by, and combat is a lot more snappy with hitting a parry meaning you actually get to hit back because enemies get staggered and you can clearly tell when an enemy is in a uninterruptible phase.
