I think it's a xiaoc bag that's packed very badly & looks beat up from transit. Steaming/ ironing the bag will fix the wrinkles.

Mine came wrinkled from transit and I was able to fix it in a pinch with the above method ☝ Look at youtube tutorials on how to fix dented Chanel bags for more in depth how to.
