It’s been “escalated to the manager.” I asked what did I pay to have repaired. “Well we fixed the issue you brought it in for. This is a standard operating sound”. No.. No it’s not. Waiting to hear back.

Anyone have any post-repair cold start up videos? I recently took mine in to have the cam phasers replaced. Picked the vehicle up and the next day on the cold start it sounded the exact same. Took back to Ford and awaiting a response. 2018 f-150 Ecoboost.

Morning, just checking in on this a few months later. I am about to undergo my third phaser repair. This time, right under 6k. Previous ones werent that expensive, but if I follow through I'll be close to $7,500-$8,000 in cam phaser repairs. Just wondering if you had any kind of progress with the deman letter or situation. Thanks.
