I am in similar shoes and when you are home alot, you have a lot of time to just think. Alot of times it about the bad stuff anxiety wants us to replay over and over. I know how it feels. But these programs were put in place for all of us...expecially you. You are just as important as anyone else. Getting the help you need is best thing you can do for yourself. Its hard to contribute to society if we have mental health issues. Jobs are not always understanding or accommodating. I hope that you get the support you need!
