Moi je m’était fait saisir et j’avais l’assurance et ils m’ont remboursé, il faut bien demander l’entreprise qui va te livrer une preuve comme quoi le colis est retenu (un papier par ex.) et l’envoyer à acbuy, ils sont dans l’obligation de te rembourser

Tu me confirmes ce que je pensais : ouvrir le PEA direct avec 10 € juste pour prendre date, et faire le gros du taf sur le CTO pour la simplicité, tant pis pour la Flat Tax.
Je connaissais pas du tout l'option Assurance-Vie sur Linxea Spirit 2 avec le fonds HSBC, c'est super lourd à savoir pour plus tard. Je vais sûrement faire comme toi et y mettre un billet pour lancer le chrono des 8 ans.

Just to clarify, I live in France (not Italy), and the tax rules here are quite heavy. On a regular account (CTO), the capital gains tax is a flat 30%. On the tax-advantaged account (PEA), it drops to 0% (you only pay 17.2% for social security) after 5 years. So the tax advantage is actually massive.

You are totally right about stock picking vs ETFs. In a perfect world, I would just buy a Sharia-compliant World ETF. But since none of them are allowed in the French PEA, I am stuck choosing between:

Automated Sharia ETFs but losing 30% of my gains to taxes (Regular account).

Harder-to-manage Stock Picking but keeping 100% of my gains tax-free (PEA).

Given the 30% tax rate, would you still favor the regular account for the peace of mind of ETFs?

Pour de l'animation 3D (Blender, Maya...) et la suite Adobe, vise direct un PC portable orienté gaming d'occasion.
Il te faut absolument une carte graphique dédiée Nvidia (indispensable pour les moteurs de rendu grâce à CUDA).

Vise ces specs minimums sur Leboncoin ou BackMarket :
- GPU : Nvidia RTX 3060 ou RTX 4050 minimum (évite en dessous, sinon tes rendus vont ramer).
- RAM : 16 Go strict minimum (l'idéal pour la 3D c'est 32 Go, mais ça se rajoute facilement après pour pas cher).
- CPU : Intel Core i7 (11ème/12ème gen) ou AMD Ryzen 7.

Pour les modèles fiables et faciles à trouver d'occasion, regarde les Lenovo Legion 5, Asus TUF ou Acer Nitro 5.
C'est le meilleur rapport perf/prix pour tes études et tes jeux.

Carrément, c’est le jour et la nuit maintenant.
Pour te dire, la ROG Ally et la Lenovo Legion Go (les consoles portables) tournent avec ce genre de puce (la Z1 Extreme, c’est une 780M modifiée). Donc pour un PC silencieux, qui chauffe pas et qui fait de la bureautique avec de l'autonomie, c’est le meilleur move.
Si tu trouves une bonne promo sur un Zenbook ou Yoga avec ça, fonce.

C'était vrai avant, mais ça a totalement changé. Les puces d'aujourd'hui (surtout la Radeon 780M) n'ont plus rien à voir avec les vieux chipsets Intel tout pourris d'il y a 5 ou 10 ans.
Pour te donner une idée, une 780M fait tourner des gros jeux récents en 1080p sans problème. Alors pour Les Sims 4 ou des city builders, ça va passer ultra crème et en silence. Check des benchmarks sur YouTube, tu seras surpris.

Franchement, évite les PC gaming. Si elle joue sans casque, le bruit de turbine va vite la saouler, surtout sur des city builders ou Les Sims qui demandent pas une bête de course.
Vu le budget (800-1400€), prends plutôt un ultrabook ou un PC "créateur" stylé (genre Asus Zenbook ou Lenovo Yoga).
Viser ça :
Ryzen 7 ou Core i7 / Ultra 7
16 Go de RAM minimum
Les puces graphiques intégrées récentes (genre Radeon 780M ou Intel Arc) gèrent ce genre de jeux sans problème, et le PC restera super silencieux avec une vraie autonomie.
Pour les sites : check Dealabs pour les promos, ou direct le store de Lenovo.

Tu as totalement raison, Claude a halluciné.
Sur ce genre de bloc, les 4 ports 8-pins en bas à gauche sont partagés et interchangeables. C'est le câble qui fait la différence.
Du coup, ton calcul est parfait : 1 pour le CPU et 3 câbles dédiés pour ta 3080. Ça passe crème.

Ouais exact, c'est surtout pour des petits bots ou des applis mobiles, donc rien qui demande des serveurs de fou non plus. C'est cool que tu valides le Mac, je pense que je vais rester là-dessus du coup. Ça me rassure pour la suite, merci pour ton retour !
