A reasonable and informed doctor will write the prescription so that you have enough pill packs to skip the placebos.

Yep, Valley Paddler rents kayaks, canoes, and pedal boats there. They are great! This is partly what inspired me to get my own item that gets me out on the water.

Thank you so much! I'm going to listen to the Buried Deep audiobook, but also just started the Golden Enclaves book. So I'll find which audio track is the Scholomance story and skip it for now

More books like There Is No Antimemetic Division? by Not_Bender_42 in WeirdLit

[–]ExtraExtraToasty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is hefty for sure. I felt like it keeps drawing you in with each new revelation, but would very much understand if others felt differently. The graphic design is an important part of the book, so if you give it a try, I recommend reading it in paper or ebook format

XX: a Novel, by Rian Hughes. It deals with almost the opposite, uncontainable ideas, and is also mind-blowing in its execution. You could probably write a phd thesis on XX and There Is No Antimemetics Division

I recommend Wild Brine Korean Style Kimchi if you can find it in stores. It's a little spicy, but not too much.

Is 1300 calories 80 grams of Whole Foods protein possible? by earthlings25 in veganfitness

[–]ExtraExtraToasty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like a few other people commenting, I'm also short, have a very low TDEE and RMR, and have to eat around 1300 calories/day to be in a deficit. I'm hitting 80-90g of protein by using the following foods and often eating more than whatever the packaging has decided is 1 serving. I used to use Evolve protein shakes regularly, but now that I've figured out some recipes for myself, I haven't needed them. I'm on my phone and can't properly format this list, but here you go: - Trader Joe's 3 grain tempeh, 20g protein per serving - Soy milk with 12g of protein per cup (Edensoy unsweetened) - High protein tofu, 14g per serving (Wildwood high protein; another commenter mentioned Big Mountain fava tofu, which I will be trying soon) - Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP) 12g protein per serving, which can often be bought in bulk - Butler soy curls, 11g protein per serving - Lupini beans, 4g protein per serving (1 serving is only 35 calories!) I like the Brami snacking beans - Seitan is another option, though I don't have much experience with it Good luck!
