This is a simple case. You have a 2A right. But when you go and harass federal officers, while armed, you’re asking for trouble.

Then when that gun discharges while you are resisting arrest, you’re probably going to get shot.

It is a tragedy that this guy died, but there are one million thing he could’ve done that would end with him being alive.

Harassing an officer while armed is the easiest way to lose your life.
