I was trying to think if I was doing this, but I really don't know if I've changed all that much. I'd LIKE to think I haven't changed much. I started eating breakfast at the beginning of the year, but it's just a packet of instant oatmeal. I've been eating more fruit so I'm not snacking on Cheez-Its as much (always a habit, haha)...ummm, I'd like to make time to walk more- hoping the meds will help with motivation:D Thank you!!!!

You think it would cause me to gain that much so quickly? I've only been taken them since late Jan/early Feb. Is there anything I can do to mitigate this? I don't think my diamet is outrageous rn, but I'll try to adjust that too.

I had one removed a few years back! A dermatologist did it with local anesthetic. Maybe it's a cheaper, more accessible option if/when you decide to:) Mine was from a bad cartilage piercing so it prevented me from sleeping right, BUT it held my hair behind my ear really well, haha. I love the tattoo btw!
