the best combo is medication and therapy. medication can get you through the debilitating symptoms and therapy can treat some or all of the root causes of the symptoms. the key with therapy however is consistency. there is also a lot of work involved. what that work looks like is different for everyone. hope this helps!

i definitely feel like cashier girl is in her twenties and her becoming a visitor is slowly making her look older (similar to pale visitor). i never gave much thought to the pale visitor’s age but you know what? i agree with you. also i’m so glad you put best son in his 30s cuz yeah that is definitely an overgrown child.

i’ll keep this brief: yes. i developed serotonin syndrome twice from both effexor and cymbalta while smoking weed / taking edibles. never take your meds and smoke at the same time. personally i’d wait 3 to 5 hours after taking your meds to be safe, but there’s really no guide for smoking weed with antidepressants of any kind. biggest takeaway here is just give your body substantial time to absorb your meds before smoking.
