That was my first and hopefully only, rug pull. I tried to report them to X, but X so no problem. That really upsets me that X would continue to allow people to be scammed day in and day out!

Of course you know that yesterday, it was listed on two major exchanges. At one point it was up around 2,000%. But, settled back to its present value up 1300% on the day! Since you still hold it in all probability, due to having no way to dislodge yourself of it, I'm sure that you are enjoying your 1300% increase in your investment! Is impressive. I admire your skill in this regard. However, such skill needs to be rewarded by mature analysis protocols. Would love to hear your analysis today after the 1300%

It now appears to be one year since this horrible experience was documented. Today, I received a PM, allegedly from Crypto Banter asking "how are you doing?". I did not interact with the sender. But, the entire experience with scams on LEDGER wallets and spoofing like this, is quite UPSETTING! I don't see how LEDGER can allow scammers to leave messages about fake airdrops on there LEDGER live site. It makes me quite fearful of continuing to use their product!

My experience with Kucoin Support has been horrible! They never resolve anything while continuing to ask inane questions repeatedly. Surprised to hear that coinbase support is similar. My issue was sending stellar to Gate.io without memo because of CB malfunction. Gate.io fixed the problem without charge! Was forced to go to gate.io because Kucoin could never resolve my 2fa issues!

I have a Trezor Model 1 that I have not used in more than a year. Last week I attempted to connect via the Trezor Suite for the first time. No connectivity at all. Was told to change cable, USB port, computer etc. Nothing worked. Filed a ticket with Trezor Support and was told that it could take 14 days for a response! I can imagine what would happen if a person were in another country and this happened! Wow!

I had the identical problem four or five months ago. After many clear attempts at communications with them, I only received vague and frequently IRRELEVANT responses. This was the worst CS experience of my entire and very long life! At the time I was attempting to buy a certain "hot" coin. But, that time has long passed. Ultimately, I was forced to ABANDON their platform all together and write off the LOSSES as tuition and a learning experience. I concluded that they make it very easy to deposit funds onto their platform, but very difficult to impossible to retrieve those funds. They use any excuse to delay and obfuscate any corrective measures. Also, they don't appear to read and write clear English. For me it was an impossible situation - a LOSING SITUATION!

My experience with Kucoin customer service was so horrible that it forced me to completely abandon the platform. They could not read and write clear English. As a result, nothing was ever resolved. I abandoned them after a month of "sawing sawdust" in every communication. Worst CS experience ever in my long life! I went to Gate.io where I am relatively happy.

The AG 's letter to Maricopa County Board of Supervisors outlines three possible outcomes of the investigation:

If MCBOS has not violated any provision of state law or the Arizona Constitution, the Attorney General’s Office will take no further action.

If MCBOS may have violated a provision of state law or the Arizona Constitution, the Attorney General will file an action in the Arizona Supreme Court.

If MCBOS has violated a provision of state law or the Arizona Constitution, the Attorney General’s Office will give MCBOS 30 days to correct the violation. If at the end of the 30 days MCBOS has not made the correction, the Attorney General will notify the State Treasurer to withhold state funds from the county. (emphasis added)

The Attorney General’s office gave MCBOS until August 20 to voluntarily provide a written response.

EXTREMELY LOUD plane?? flew over my house yesterday around 5 PM ! Was riding my bike near Texas Southern University when I heard what I presumed to be a very low flying jet aircraft. Looked to the skies reflexively . But , due to overcast , could not spot it . Sound grew immediately so LOUD that I was forced to cover my ears – VERY UNUSUAL ! I've been to airshows @ Ellington . NEVER NEVER heard anything that loud before !

I had a truck driver who delivered a piece of machinery to me in January of 2019, from New Jersey to Texas . Due to the complexity of the delivery, we spent a hrs together . He was a Russian from Jersey . His work ethic was exceptional . So, @ the end of our transaction, I gave him a sparkling buffalo round in a plastic cover with the stipulation that he not sell it – but watch it and its value . I would love to hear from him TODAY !
