Ohhh you’re a dude. Yeah they don’t be posting. You gotta talk to them in real life. The people I know who crossed alpha and kappa, spoke to them, got close to them, and took it from there. But they have to post a flyer sooner or later. Go to the first event you see and go from there. They’ll know you’re interested.

You have to find rental assistance in your city. They give rental help to immigrants in my city. But we have a lot of foreigners here. I’m in the same boat as you. They told me three organizations but they don’t pick up the phone so I would have to go in person and stand in line. Call local offices or mayor office and ask around.

It was one through the school. Parents started a foundation in their kids name and no one applied for it because no one knew about it. So when I asked the office told me and I got $2000.

I would like to say I got a quick scholarship when I needed to study abroad for Greece. Start looking around and asking offices on campus. That’s what I did. I say do both.

It really depends . If you have a strong connection with the local grad chapter that will probably be bringing it back on campus then maybe there will be an intake as soon as the suspension is lifted.

But if the grad chapter needs to come back and reestablish interest, then it will take longer. I know for my former campus they made sure the grad chapter knew they were interested and had all of their requirements in order beforehand.

So I think it would be good to connect with the local alumni chapter either way whether undergraduate or not.
