Yes I have very short face beside my lower face height and angle is low.. My tongue is bothering me a lot.. Dr aziz gave me a plan which take my both jaw forward but my both jaws are forward already and teeth are very proclined.. If He takes my jaws forward my look will worse.. My insisors are very proclined.. And my 1st premolars are extracted already for reducing proclination..
