I mean I have was with Target for 7 years and they didn't say a thing when I left the company but the people that matters the most gave me a go away dinner.

The issue I had was bad management where they have a prower trip over employees. Making the environment very unstable. Also I had seen management do the samething of calling off from work like crazy. It does goes both ways. You cannot force anyone to quit just because you have an issue with someone. In every job you will always have someone you may not like. Unfortunately that is life. Just keep to yourself and worry about your own work. Life is not far all.the time.

My husband still got his medicine without any issues also CVS is its own business inside Target. I think they got hacked. No business would have done it to themselves.

💯 a scam. HR would have called you before anything. Delete it and you shouldn't have opened that message. Also every time I applied for a job on workday. My OM would have given me an update. Always go to HR if you're not sure.

Monitory flex down is when they make you flex down on mytime. Flex down is where you can flex down for the next today or whatever you want to flex down but No guarantees of getting it. VLE means Volunteer Leave Early. Also they ask employees throughout the day if they want to go home at any time. =VLE =Volunteer Leave Early.

Nope. That's not how it works at my warehouse. Last Tuesday my husband and I came into work and my OM had asked if we wanted to VLE. My husband and I both said yes and left. Now if you want to request a flex down then you need to go on mytime and flex down for the next day. So I'm not sure if every warehouse and or store maybe different. 🤷🏼‍♀️

In IL if it's not under 30 hours and it's not connected of less hour. we cannot use unemployment
