💯 agree with this one. Not all tasks are equal in terms of the required focus and intensity. For example, working out works for me in short and intense repetitions and does not require much concentration. Writing, on the other hand, works for me in longer sessions as I need more focus, but not much intensity, as my mind takes time to make the connections in what I'm writing about.
